We verify that the whole process runs locally: identity, retrieval and generation, even without Internet access.

We assess whether existing hardware can be reused and whether services and inference should run on separate nodes. Reuse does not mean zero impact.

That is the proposed architecture: the model, documents and retrieval stay within the company's environment. Before sale, we must verify the full offline process and identity, licensing and update services. Any support access is agreed separately.
Yes. Sources make an answer verifiable, not infallible. We test citations, revisions and behaviour when evidence is missing for the actual use case.
Content is selected according to configured permissions. The customer's representative approves documents, groups and revisions. We do not promise automatic synchronisation with every archive.
Not necessarily. We assess the available hardware; whether a new machine or separate nodes are needed depends on workload and requirements.
Yes. Essential, Department and Company each include a perpetual licence for the version and scope purchased. Installation, maintenance and extensions are separate.
No. The initial demo uses sample data. We consider a real sample only with authorisation and an agreed scope; do not upload it through the website form.
Three illustrative examples of LLooM answers with sources, plus the departments where you might start.
In this example, the procedure calls for a request to the IT contact and access is enabled after approval. The document sets out the steps.
The short manual lists code E17 under initial checks. Open the reference to see its context and document revision.
The documents in this example contain no approved procedure that supports an answer. Ask the designated contact for the correct document.

Approved procedures, onboarding and instructions. A useful starting point when the same questions recur every day.

Let's explore your manualsThe proposed configuration places LLooM in your infrastructure, on air-cooled hardware assessed for the workload, such as a Mac mini or NVIDIA DGX Spark. Directly cooling the device during use requires no water.
of water needed to cool the device directly
This covers only direct cooling of the device during use. Electricity, hardware manufacturing and room air conditioning are outside this calculation. It does not represent the total water footprint.
Mac mini and DGX Spark release heat into the air: directly cooling these devices does not require a water circuit. The model runs in your infrastructure.
In data centres with evaporative cooling, some water is consumed to remove heat. AI requests contribute to the facility's workload; water use depends on the cooling system and the work performed.
Cloud services use different cooling systems. This comparison does not measure the total water footprint or savings relative to the cloud.
An estimate based on your assumptions, not measured LLooM consumption.
0.48 kWh under load + 0.40 kWh in the other 20 hours.
E = [W under load × hours under load + W during the remaining hours × (24 − hours under load)] / 1,000. This excludes room air conditioning, other devices, hardware manufacturing and model training. It does not estimate CO₂ or water use, or demonstrate an advantage over the cloud. Import activity must be measured; it cannot simply be assumed to fall within these inputs.
A document assistant in your infrastructure. A perpetual licence, installation quoted separately and optional maintenance.

Let's talk about the problem, users and documents. Let's look at a representative sample and key technical requirements.
The preliminary assessment is free and limited. It excludes installation, custom development and processing the entire archive; a more detailed trial requires a separate proposal.
We define the version, document scope, access, hardware and work. You receive prices, estimated hours, an authorised cap and acceptance criteria.
The quote and selection of a standard hardware configuration are free. You buy the hardware directly from your supplier.
We configure LLooM, import the agreed documents and test representative questions, sources and access permissions. We train your designated contact and provide operating instructions.
You can choose an annual package or authorise individual jobs. The perpetual licence you purchase does not renew each year.
The price covers the right to use the version and features defined in the offer.
One defined use case with a standard configuration.
€4,500one-timeDiscuss this planA structured deployment with one department's document collections and access permissions.
€8,000one-timeDiscuss this planMultiple departments and a broader set of documents.
€12,000one-timeDiscuss this planFeatures, modules, authorised instances and documents are specified in the quote. Simultaneous capacity depends on the hardware and tested workload; user accounts do not imply unlimited concurrent requests. In the agreed local configuration, documents and inference remain in the customer's infrastructure. Any support access is authorised separately.
Environment preparation, access, first import, testing, training and delivery depend on the project.
The quote gives an estimate and a maximum cap. We invoice actual, recorded hours. Exceeding the cap requires new authorisation.
Person-hours add together the work of everyone involved. Corrections already owed for installation errors attributable to the supplier are not billable extensions.
Choose a maintenance package independently of your licence, or choose no annual package.

Request informationThe hours may cover support for your designated contact, diagnosis, routine configuration, planned checks and assisted compatible updates. Activities and responsibilities are defined in the offer.
They do not automatically cover new modules, custom work, connectors, bulk clean-up, network management or further training.
Time is recorded in 15-minute increments. Planned checks and included assisted updates use package hours; corrections already owed for covered defects do not.
Notice at 80% use. Additional hours at €80/person-hour only if authorised. The package lasts 12 months from activation; unused hours are neither refunded nor automatically carried over, except for work requested in time and postponed by the supplier. Renewal requires a new order, without repurchasing the licence.
| Service | Rate | Scope |
|---|---|---|
| Support without a package or beyond included hours | €80 / person-hour | Work and hours must be authorised before they are carried out. |
| Standard managed update | €250 / operation | One instance and up to 3 technical hours: backup verification, installation of a compatible minor update, and essential testing. |
| Dedicated development | €90 / person-hour or fixed project price | Scope, work and acceptance criteria are agreed in advance; a fixed project price is also possible. |
| New modules or functional versions | Quoted separately | Optional expansion; possible separate migration. |
An assisted update uses the agreed arrangement: an hour allowance, hourly rate or per-operation price. The same work is not charged twice. The standard package excludes new licences, complex migrations and systems outside the agreed scope. Security patches and corrections already owed do not depend on buying optional services.
Commercial services are available Monday to Friday during an eight-hour office-hours window, excluding public holidays. The exact hours, contact channels and acknowledgement times are specified in the offer. Evening, overnight, public holiday and weekend services are not provided.
For updates, training and other work that can be scheduled, we ask for at least five business days' notice and a confirmed appointment. An unexpected failure can be reported without notice. An out-of-hours request is handled when service hours resume; acknowledgement does not guarantee a resolution time. Applicable incident obligations remain separate.
Example: a Department licence, a 40-hour installation cap and Standard maintenance selected by the customer.
With 32 hours actually worked: €12,240. Hardware and additional work are excluded. If renewed, from the second year the Standard package alone costs €1,680 / year.
Illustrative example: maintenance is optional; work and terms are defined in the quote.
Prices for businesses and professionals, excluding any applicable VAT.
No. The right to use covers the version and scope purchased. New modules or extensions have separate terms.
You do not automatically lose your perpetual right to use the product. You may request optional work under a separate quote. Security obligations and corrections already owed still apply.
The operational package lasts 12 months. The version-support period and security-update terms are stated before purchase and do not automatically match the package term.
No. We help you choose a standard configuration; you buy it directly from your supplier. Hardware warranties, network work and complex migrations are separate.
No. The quote identifies quantities, formats, revisions, access permissions and sources. New integrations and exceptional work are assessed separately.
Yes. The licence and maintenance are independent; you may also choose no annual package.
No. Any additional expenses are stated in the quote and require agreement before the work is carried out.
