Who controls your data

The data controller for this site is Jacopo Capacci, with its registered office at Via della Melica 6, 48123 San Romualdo, Ravenna (RA), Italy. For questions or requests about personal data, write to info@lloom.it. This is the website's privacy contact address.

Browsing data

When you request a page, the systems delivering it may process technical data such as your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the response status and device or browser information. This is needed to deliver the site, keep it secure and diagnose problems. The legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest in operating and protecting the site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The LLooM application server does not log individual requests. Railway provides hosting and may process connection data and make HTTP logs available. According to Railway documentation, viewable logs on the Hobby plan are retained for 7 days. We do not use this data to profile visitors.

If you write to us

If you email info@lloom.it, we process your address, message and any information you choose to include so that we can respond or consider a commercial enquiry. If you write on behalf of a business, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to the professional communication you initiated (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). If you request a quote in your own name for a contract to which you would personally be a party, the legal basis is taking the pre-contractual steps you requested (Article 6(1)(b)). Do not email credentials, confidential archives or unnecessary personal data.

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, afterwards, only as needed to document the relationship or protect the parties' rights. If a contract is concluded, applicable statutory retention periods also apply. Register.it provides our email service.

Writing to us is optional. Without a way to contact you, we cannot reply. We do not make automated decisions about enquiries sent by email.

The website's “Assessment” form is a simulation: information entered stays in your browser during the visit, and the button neither sends it nor saves it on the server. The site currently has no live request-submission system.

Cookies and tracking

As of this notice's last update, the site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools and embeds no third-party content that tracks browsing. It therefore has no consent banner. If we introduce such features, we will update this notice and provide the required choices before activating them.

Suppliers and transfers

Railway may process technical data for hosting, and Register.it may process email messages. In its Data Processing Addendum Railway states that some processing takes place in the United States and describes safeguards for transfers outside the European Economic Area. The controller does not sell data or use it for behavioural advertising.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict its processing, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where applicable, you may also request data portability. Write to info@lloom.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
